An opportunity to acquire a majority stake of up to 100 a hydro power plant portfolio in the southern part of Serbia with a total capacity of 3 5 MW. The hydro power plant includes 5 separate power plants, three larger (0 9 1 0 MW) and two smaller 0 35 MW), all of them provided with competition certificate, Water certificate and privileged producer status.

Locations are available with accorded license or in process of approval. It is possible to open negotiations for plants already in function.
