The hall is located in Central Serbia, within the new industrial zone, and it is entitled for leasing/buying. The hall surface is about 1.100m2, while the land is approximately 5.000m2 which allows the eventual extension in conformity with the request of the lessor. The hall is completely equipped with infrastructure: there are connections to water supply and sewerage network, the electrical grid, telecommunication and gas networks, as well as access roads.
